Assisted Selling delivers a personalized shoulder-to-shoulder experience for shoppers in your store and can transform one-time buyers into customers loyal to your brand. The app includes access to an omnichannel catalog, advanced product search, inventory details across channels, as well as a shopping cart, order capture, payment handling, POS integration, cash drawer management and order processing.

Catalog Access Powered by Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Leverage real-time product information in an elegant shoulder-to-shoulder selling experience. Easily look up products via search. Become instant product experts with access to product details, manufacturers’ notes, rich media, product inventory, and pricing.

Using the Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridge and Tulip’s DAL API, retailers can import product catalog categories, products, variants, e-commerce inventory, product pricing, and tax calculations, orders, as well as shipping options.

Product Knowledge
Close the knowledge gap between store associates and customers with real-time access to enhanced product information. Integrate product ratings and reviews.

Endless Aisle
Offer an unparalleled in-store customer checkout experience and save the sale with endless aisle. If an item is not present in-store, allow associates to sell the item and have it shipped to a shopper’s address.

Buy In-Store and Line Busting
Capture orders and take payments using a mobile device for faster customer check-outs and line-busting.

Mixed Orders
Mix in-store and online products in a single order. Split a shopping cart between on-hand and online inventory. Ship to a customer address. Handle multiple customers at a time during peak store hours with multiple cart session support.
